Our Policies

Check-in Time is after 3:00 p.m. EST.

Check Out is no later than 10:00 a.m. EST.

General Policy

Holiday and special event rates may apply to certain dates. 

Holiday weekends require a two-night minimum stay.

Rates are based on two occupants per apartment. An additional charge of $20 per person per night will be charged for additional guests. 

Children under the age of 10 stay free (but total occupancy cannot exceed the maximum allowed per unit).

It is suggested that all reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All guests are required to complete and sign a registration form.  Stays of four nights/days or longer will be charged a departure cleaning fee.

All reservations are due and payable in full on the day of arrival. Payable by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

Rental Policy

We are turnkey furnished vacation rental apartments.

We do NOT offer any local or long-term residential housing.

We are NOT a spring break facility.

Pet Policy

Pets up to 60 pounds are welcomed in most units. A non-refundable pet fee of $20.00 per night per pet is required up to a maximum of $200.00 per pet per stay.

There is a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment.

We reserve the right to refuse some breeds of dogs due to restrictions imposed by our insurance provider.

All dogs must be leashed and are not permitted to run loose.Dogs and cats must be crate trained and not left unattended when guests are not in the apartment.

You must clean up after your pet. If we have to do your scooping, you will be charged a servicing fee.

Smoking Policy

We have a strict NO SMOKING (of any kind) policy in the apartment. If you must smoke, please smoke outside and away from open doors or windows. If the apartment smells like smoke, there will be an automatic $250.00 smoke removal fee. Additional charges can be assessed for any damages caused by smoking in the unit.

Reservation Policy

A valid MasterCard, Visa, or Discover is required to secure a reservation.

We do not accept personal checks unless received 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a minimum charge equal to one night’s rent at the prevailing rate charged to the credit card on file on all cancellations not received within 72 hours of your arrival date.

Reservations during the high season months of December – April require a $200 reservation deposit for all stays of two weeks or longer. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation.

Holiday and special event cancellations require a 10-day notice of cancellation, otherwise, a cancellation fee of one night at the prevailing rate will be charged to the credit card on file.

Once a reservation is paid, there will be no credit given for early departures unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same price and dates.

Guests Policy

Management must be made aware of all guests staying overnight in an apartment and be provided with guest name and information.

Guest parking is located at the front of the parking lot area.

Boat parking is by permission of management only.

Please be respectful of other guests. We discourage loud music and raucous behavior at all times. Please turn music down after 10:00 p.m. Disturbing of the peace, quiet, and enjoyment of others will result in immediate request from management to vacate the property, thus forfeiting all rights to any advance rents paid.

Check In/Check Out

We have a strict 3:00 p.m. check-in and 10:00 a.m. check-out time.

If you need to check in early or depart later, we may be able to accommodate, but not always. We often have guests checking into the unit the same day you depart. We need that time to get the apartment in order for the next guest. It is very important that all guests have the same experience.
