The Parrot Inn's vacation rental rates are based on two occupants per apartment. An extra $20 per person per night will be charged for additional guests when you stay in one of our apartments than can accommodate up to four people.
Children under the age of 10 stay free, but you may not exceed the allowed maximum number of guests per unit.
Pet Fee: Pets up to 60 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required up to a maximum of $200 per pet per stay. There is a maximum of two pets permitted per apartment. Some pet restrictions apply. See ‘Our Policies’ for more details.
Smoking Penalty Fee: All apartments are NON SMOKING. We have a strict NO SMOKING (of any kind) policy in the apartment. If you must smoke, please smoke outside and away from open doors and windows. If the apartment smells like smoke, there will be an automatic $250.00 smoke removal fee. Additional charges can be assessed for any damages caused by smoking in the unit.
Cancellation Fee: There will be a minimum charge equal to one night’s rent at the prevailing rate charged to the credit card on file on all cancellations not received within 72 hours of your arrival date.
Reservations during the high season months of December – April require a $200 reservation deposit for all stays of two weeks or longer. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation.
Holiday and special event cancellations require a 10-day notice of cancellation, otherwise, a cancellation fee of one night at the prevailing rate will be charged to the credit card on file.
Early Departures: Once a reservation is paid, there will be no credit given for early departures unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same price and dates.
Additional Fees: Rental rates are subject to Sales & Resort Tax (currently 12%).
