- Check in time begins at 3:00 pm

- Holiday and Special event rates may apply to certain dates.
- Above rates are based on two persons per room. There is a $10.00 charge per person per day for each additional person above two.
- Each room has a maximum capacity, as shown on the web site and must be adhered to.
- All guests must be registered at the office prior to check in.
- For stays of longer than 7 days, weekly maid service will be provided.
- ALL rooms are non-smoking. There is a penalty fee of $250 for smoking In any room and will be charged to the customer's credit card on file.
- All rents are due and payable prior to taking possession of the apartment.
- We have 2 apartments that are pet friendly
- Pets accepted up to 30#
- We reserve the right to refuse some breeds of dogs due to restrictionsimposed by our insurance provider.
- Dogs and cats must be crate trained and not left unattended when guests are not in the apartment.
- $20.00 per night pet deposit is required not to exceed $100 total for stays longer than 5 days.
- Smoking is prohibited in our rooms, but we do provide ashtrays for outdoor smoking.
- A valid MasterCard, Visa or Discover is required to hold all advance reservations.
- We do not accept personal checks
- A valid MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card and Driver's License must be presented at time
of check in.
- There will be a minimum $50 cancellation fee automatically charged to your credit card for all cancellations not received 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
- High Season, holiday and special event cancellations require a 15 day
Notice of cancellation.
- Our apartments are Turnkey furnished vacation rentals. We are not a permanent residence community.
- We are not a spring break facility
- WE WELCOME CHILDREN OF ALL AGES. Children under 6 stay free up to a maximum of two children per room.
